American Citizens Services Outreach in Mahahual

April 26, 2009

In order to increase the accessibility of our services, a consular officer from the U.S. Consulate Merida will provide notarial services and accept applications for passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad in Mahahual on Sunday, April 26. Please visit our web site at http://merida.usconsulate.gov to download the application forms and to obtain more information about documentary requirements and the required fees, which must be paid at the time you submit the application.

For minor passports (children under age 16), both parents should accompany the minor to the outreach or provide a notarized Statement of Consent (Form DS-3053 available through http://merida.usconsulate.gov) for the absent parent.
