This office has primary responsibility for USDA's commodity
reporting and trade policy activities. It gathers and
interprets information on Mexican agricultural policies,
supply and demand conditions and trade regulations,
including information on domestic production, consumption,
and other issues that might affect trade of U.S. agricultural
