Mexico City, December 5, 2006 — “I was honored today to attend the inauguration of Marcelo Ebrard as the Mayor of Mexico City, the Federal District. The day-to-day challenges of managing this great city are daunting, and I am particularly pleased to extend my congratulations and best wishes as Mayor Ebrard assumes office.
