My name is Adriana and I am from the state of Guanajuato. My boyfriend is an American citizen and lives in the state of Louisiana. We would like to get married, but I don’t have a visa. I heard something about the K-1 visa. Can you tell me more about this?
I am an American citizen and have been living in Mexico for some time. I am planning on marrying a Mexican and going to live in the U.S. My fiancé does not have a visa. What application can I do from Mexico? What is the process for arranging his legal entry into the U.S.? Thank you.
